Founded in 2016 by Ashly “Ash” Eikelberg, a distinguished graduate of New England Law - Boston, Eikelberg Law, P.C. is a full service law firm. We have represented clients in Superior Court, District Courts, in front of Towns, and Federal and State Government Agencies.

When Attorney Eikelberg started Eikelberg Law, P.C. his aim was to provide high caliber legal representation to clients and create value and trust through the use of technology all while ensuring that clients get the personal communication that is essential for good legal representation.

Who We Are


Ashly W. Eikelberg

From working as an intern in the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office to opening his own practice in 2016, Ash has worked with and represented clients from all walks of life. Prior to his career as an attorney Ash was an advocate for the American Lung Association. While working with the American Lung Association he helped draft new legislation that has been instrumental in preventing retailers from selling tobacco products to minors. Attorney Eikelberg has also secured favorable decisions in Superior Court against tough odds for clients charged with serious crimes. Ash has also battled towns opposing thoughtful affordable housing development in the Boston Metro area securing Comprehensive Permits for developers. Advocating for clients is his passion.
